These Terms govern your purchase of products from Midlands Savannah Agric (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Contact us on 0544 444 160, Ghana.
1. Our products
We sell agricultural produce and related goods (for example maize, vegetables, sweet potato, cassava, grain and other farm products). Photos and descriptions are indicative; natural products vary in size, colour and appearance, and availability depends on season and stock.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error — and will refund any payment already made.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise and may change for future orders. Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout; we do not store your full card details.
4. Delivery & collection
Delivery and collection options, areas and any charges are shown before you confirm your order. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
5. Returns, refunds & perishable goods
Please inspect your goods on delivery. Because much of our produce is perishable, report any damaged, defective or incorrect items to us promptly on delivery, with photos. For a valid report we will, at our option, replace the items or refund you. Perishable goods cannot be returned for a change of mind once delivered. Refunds are made by the original payment method.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate order and contact details and to be available to receive delivery at the agreed time and place.
7. Data protection
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Where you opt in to messaging, our SMS Terms apply.
8. Liability & force majeure
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods in that order, and nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghana law. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example weather, crop failure or transport disruption).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts. We may update these Terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
