Inspect on delivery
Please check your goods when they arrive. Because much of our produce is perishable, report any damaged, defective or incorrect items to us promptly on delivery, with photos, so we can put it right.
Replacement or refund
For a valid report we will, at our option, replace the items or refund you by your original payment method. Perishable goods cannot be returned for a change of mind once delivered.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once goods are dispatched, the above applies.
